News, Press Releases
The Sneak.Me festival explored the history of the relationship between sneakers and sports, which dates back to the beginnings of the last century, and specifically the game of basketball with which they are associated. Within its activities, the festival prepared a basketball court where visitors are allowed to take part in the matches with the players or form their own teams and watch the most improvised and professional shots of basketball matches from inside the stadium stands. In addition, visitors can learn how these shoes relate to basketball, as the first sneakers were specially designed for basketball players in the 1920s. At the time, Indiana star Chuck Taylor promoted the shoes, which were named after him later on. Sneak.Me has been able to revive the arts and secrets of this field and open doors that explore its exciting details in the capital, Riyadh, through many sporting events on the basketball court, in addition to organizing acrobatic performances and bicycle adventure challenges in its arena. Visitors can also see specialized and interesting details through the glimpses of basketball and collectibles with history and uniqueness, together with a musical atmosphere accompanying this exciting global identity and spectacular designs that are inseparable from basketball nets and elegant rubber shoes. Sneak.Me opens its doors daily from 4 pm to 12 midnight. Free entry tickets can be booked via the link https://enjoy.sa/ar/events/snake-me/. VIP and VVIP tickets can be booked through the Parkyy App and website.
