HE Turki Alalshikh, Chairman of the General Entertainment Authority (GEA), has today announced another set of leading standup acts that will feature at the first Riyadh Comedy Festival at Boulevard City in Saudi Arabia’s capital city.
More than 50 of the best comedians around will come together in Riyadh from September 26 until October 9, for the biggest comedy festival in the world.
The latest names confirmed to perform during the two-week festival include Emmy-award winning Aziz Ansari, who co-created and starred in Netflix original series Master of None, former Saturday Night Live cast member Pete Davidson, creator and star of Peacock’s critically-acclaimed comedy Bupkis, Tom Segura, best known for Netflix specials Ball Hog, Disgraceful, Mostly Stories and Completely Normal, popular podcast Bad Friends hosts Andrew Santino and Bobby Lee, Sam Morril, who last year released his fifth special You’ve Changed on Amazon Prime, Emmy nominated writer Nimesh Patel, a favourite on the latenight circuit, and well-known UK personality and actor Omid Djalili, who has performed his standup shows all over the the world.
