Project managers contribute to the development of participants' projects through continuous guidance and mentoring training programs, linking them with appropriate consultants, and following up on companies' interactions with users and customers to understand their needs and develop their products according to market requirements. The mentors also aim to set a set of weekly goals for the projects and work to achieve them, as well as follow up on the development and progress of the projects and their achievement of agreed performance indicators and measure the achievements made since the start of the accelerator.
