Riyadh Front, one of the entertainment zones of Riyadh Season 2022, is preparing to hold Rush Festival, which cosplayers are eagerly awaiting, from November 26 to 30. The festival includes a cosplay competition on November 29, in which the winners will be awarded cash prizes totaling up to SAR100,000. Contestants will present their participation to 3 of the most famous cosplay judges, namely Vega, Sumi and Rian, who will supervise the judging criteria and evaluate the contestants' performance. The competition goes through two phases, the first is behind the scenes, and the second is on stage. During these two phases, the commitment of the contestants to the contest criteria will be measured, including the evaluation of costumes behind the scenes, then judging the performances of the participants on stage in terms of creativity, design, dance and execution. Finally, contestants will be judged according to the accuracy of managing the personality that they personified. Competitors are also allowed to participate in the festival with an individual show of no more than one minute, or with a group show of no less than two people and no more than four, for a maximum of two minutes. Cosplay competitions are a kind of performance art, in which participants wear the costumes of anime characters and impersonate them in appearance and movements. Riyadh Season 2022 offers visitors a range of entertainment options in 15 zones, each of which is characterized by a variety of activities and events.
