The General Entertainment Authority (GEA) announced that the total prize money for the “Riyadh Winter Baloot” Championship, which will be held at Riyadh Front from February 6-13, 2020, amount to more than SAR2 million (USD532,360).
GEA emphasized that the competition will see women participation for the first time.
The General Entertainment Authority said that the championship targets men, as it did the last time it was held, in addition to women, who will participate for the first time in this kind of competition, encouraging Baloot enthusiasts not to miss the opportunity and register via http://baloot.safeis.sa.
It is noteworthy that the number of players participating in the championship is expected to exceed 16,000 men and women players, which was announced earlier by Chairman of the General Entertainment Authority HE Turki bin Abdul Mohsen Al-Sheikh.
