The Employment Forum for the Qualification Program was inaugurated today in Riyadh. This program is part of the Happiness Creators Initiative by the General Entertainment Authority (GEA). The forum includes various programs and workshops that focus on enhancing the entertainment sector and creating more job opportunities. The forum aims to boost the local economy by supporting employment growth.
The forum, aimed at recent graduates and job seekers, held numerous introductory meetings with participating companies and conducted several personal interviews. This was done in collaboration with a select group of companies in the entertainment sector.
The qualification program that ends with employment includes several courses, each of which lasts up to 12 months, in cooperation with prestigious international universities and academies. The program aims to train 1,000 male and female students in various areas such as entertainment destination management, health and safety management, event operation, and entertainment experience design. Additionally, there are other specialized courses available.
GEA is dedicated to enhancing the skills and knowledge of individuals in the sector. They offer various educational and training programs, including the Entertainment Leadership Program, the Entertainment Fellowship Program, short courses, and an electronic training platform. These initiatives are conducted in collaboration with renowned international universities and academies that specialize in the entertainment sector.
