The stage is set for a thrilling final day at the Riyadh Season Padel Tournament, as the semifinals and finals for both men’s and women’s categories will take place tomorrow (Saturday) at Padel Rush courts in Boulevard City. The champions will be crowned after an action-packed day of intense competition.
In the men’s category, Argentina’s Franco Stupaczuk and Spain’s Juan Lebrón will face Spain’s Pablo Cardona and Argentina’s Luka Augsburger in the semifinals. Meanwhile, Spain’s Miguel Yanguas and Javier Nieto will go head-to-head against Spain’s Arturo Coello and Argentina’s Agustín Tapia. The two winning teams will then clash in the final match later in the evening to determine the champions.
In the women’s category, the first semifinal will see Argentina’s Delfi Brea Senesi and Spain’s Gemma Triay take on Spain’s Cristina Fernández Sánchez and Beatriz González Fernández. The second semifinal will feature Spain’s Ariadna Sánchez Fallada and Paula Josemaría Martín against Spain’s Marta Ortega and Portugal’s Sofia Araújo. The winners will advance directly to the final match, where the tournament’s top female team will be crowned.
The championship will conclude with a special awards ceremony, reflecting Riyadh Season’s commitment to hosting world-class sporting events and positioning Saudi Arabia as a global hub for major international competitions.
The International Padel Federation (FIP) selected Saudi Arabia to host this prestigious tournament, which began in Riyadh last Monday under the title “Riyadh Season Padel P1 Tournament”. Following the resounding success of last year’s edition, this year’s event reaffirms Saudi Arabia’s growing prominence in the global padel scene.
