Offer benefits to new and current employees
Directing organizational structures, specifying job descriptions, and handling procedures involving employee leaves, benefits, and services, in addition to monitoring employee performance
Ensuring that relevant rules, regulations, and policies are implemented
Managing and overseeing the training and development policies and strategies
Determining the budget for training and keeping a record of all training programs
