Yesterday, Saturday, July 22, as part of the activities of Kingdom Tour 2023, the performances of the play “Ana Zombie 2” were concluded. Residents and visitors of Al-Qassim enjoyed watching the play from July 20 to 22, coinciding with the weekend in the Kingdom.
The play, which was performed in the gymnasium at Al-Qassim University, revolves around a family that goes on a sea trip. During the journey, the family encounters a zombie on the ship, which leads to a number of funny situations. The idea of the zombie turns out to be a trick arranged by the greedy captain of the ship. The play is characterized by a musical and entertaining social context that is suitable for all family members. The starring role is played by Mohammed Al-Hamli, Ghadir Hassan, and Abdullah Al-Shami, in addition to a number of actors and actresses.
Kingdom Tour 2023 continues to present its theatrical performances in various regions. The audience of the capital, Riyadh, is waiting for the comedy play “Mesfer CEO”, which will be shown at Mohammed Al Ali Theater from 27 to 29 July. In the same period, the play “Ana Zombie 2” will be shown in Dammam at Al-Amana Theatre, and the play “Room 13” in Hafr Al-Batin at the University of Hafr Al-Batin Theater.
The Tour, to which the young women and men of the Kingdom greatly contributed, witnessed a great effort in creating joy by organizing a group of events from which they gained experience and knowledge. This will increase their contribution to the entertainment sector, which is one of the most promising sectors in the Kingdom.
In addition to the General Entertainment Authority, the Music Commission, the Theater and Performing Arts Commission, and Visit Saudi are co-organizing Kingdom Tour 2023, in a strategic partnership with the Quality-of-Life Program. The tour offers the audience a unique space of entertainment based on concerts and various comedy plays.
