Mohammed Al-Ali Theater in Boulevard Riyadh City, one of the zones of Riyadh Season 2022, continues to present various plays by showing a comedy play titled “Ikhtaf Mirati Walak Tahiyat,” (Kidnap My Wife with My Regards) starting Thursday. The play is starring the Egyptian comedian Ahmed Badir, with the participation of Badria Tolba, Mohammed Al-Sawy, and Ismail Farghali. The play continues until December 26.
The play, which comes within the activities of Riyadh Season 2022, tells the story of a couple (Hassan and Enas) who are forced by circumstances to live with Enas’s father, the stingy exploitative man.
Because of Hassan’s constant suffering from the actions of his father-in-law, he begins to think of living away from him, but his difficult financial circumstances prevent that. So, he agrees with his wife, Enas, to pretend that a gang kidnaps her and demands a ransom from her father. The events of the play continue with very funny situations.
