As part of the plays organized by Riyadh Season 2022, Boulevard Riyadh City hosts a play through which the star Majed Abdullah, former star of the Saudi national team and Al-Nasr club, shines again. The Saudi player has many fans inside and outside the Kingdom.
The play “Al Sahim Al Multahib” (The Flaming Arrow) presents the career of Majed Abdullah, shedding light on his football career locally, regionally and internationally, and the stages of his attainment of stardom and overcoming the challenges that he faced in his long career.
The play will be shown, starting Friday, December 16, until Wednesday, December 28, as part of the activities of Riyadh Season 2022, in Studio 1 in Boulevard Riyadh City.
Captain Majed Abdullah, born in Jeddah in 1959, is one of the icons of Saudi, Gulf and Arab football with his distinguished football skills, and the goals he scored will remain engraved in the memory of his fans.
His football career spanned 22 years. He played for Al-Nasr club and the Saudi national team, which, under his leadership, won the AFC Asian Cup more than once and reached the round of 16 in the World Cup finals for the first time in 1994.
