Ehtemam Center (Care Center) has won two awards for the best new call center and the best government call center “lifestyle”, issued by Insights Association, based on a number of technical criteria that the center succeeded in applying and serving users during Riyadh Season 2021.
The achievement of Ehtemam Center has been based on the main performance criteria applied by the Association’s judging committees to the participants in the nominations for the competition, which aims to raise performance standards and provide necessary solutions to the callers as soon as possible.
The most prominent award criteria include solving the problem from the first call, evaluating the employee’s performance quality, service satisfaction rate, the percentage of calls that are answered, the speed of response to callers, the average duration of a call, the level of service, as well as the availability of the call center and the number of work hours.
During the past 6 months, the Center, which was established in October 2021, received more than 150,000 calls from several channels and served as a link between visitors and seasons departments to facilitate communication with them and serve them through many communication channels around the clock.
