HE Turki Alalshikh, Chairman of the General Entertainment Authority (GEA), announced that the fifth edition of Riyadh Season has reached a record-breaking milestone of 20 million visitors, marking the highest attendance since the event’s launch in 2019.
The massive turnout underscores the unprecedented popularity and diverse experiences offered by the season. Riyadh Season has become a must-visit attraction for both local and international visitors, with its various zones witnessing high footfall, particularly Boulevard World, Boulevard City, and Boulevard Runway. These areas offer world-class entertainment, including live performances, cutting-edge attractions, and an array of fine dining experiences featuring cuisines from around the world.
The mild winter weather and official holidays have further boosted attendance, with adventure seekers flocking to Dunes of Arabia for thrilling desert experiences. Meanwhile, “Christian Dior: Designer of Dreams”, hosted at the Saudi National Museum, has drawn significant attention from fashion and art enthusiasts.
Additionally, The Groves has captivated visitors with its unique ambiance, upscale restaurants, and live music, reflecting the season’s rich variety of entertainment choices.
Major sporting events, including boxing matches, MMA fights, and the Riyadh Season Padel tournament, have also attracted strong audiences, alongside concerts featuring globally renowned stars.
